yes thats right thats the next step .

think i might have rang someone to get forms ?i have forgot ?
it was something simple to get the forms .Maybe my firm sent them ?

i think working with r.a is something i don,t want too do as i can see though i am well and nothing hurts
i live on the mersy of MTX .iF THAT STOPS WORKING that will be it .

Also with work its could be 5 days a week fighting treidness or my old job it would be working 12 days on 2 off .

love Christine

yes except its not incapcity benfit now its esa
so go to work based interview.

the statutory sick pay start date varies depending on company,my friend for instance lucky gets 6 month full company sick pay which increases each year.
for short term sick say 1 week friend gets half sss and company make up rest so still gets fulll pay.

do check work section/benefist rose may be alot more precise info there for you.
im now a voluntary forum moderator for another site, part time and studying part time also.

Rose, take a look on the Benefits & Work site. Some areas are free, otherwise membership is about £17 a year, but well worth every penny IMO.

Rembember now spoke to someone who forwarded the number .Then done the forms on the phone you will still need a docs note for some time untill you are givin a thing to say its for ever .The docs note will say you are not fit for work .But check it out encase anything has changed
